The whole estate is ready just for you. You will feel spoilt by four original double bedrooms where you will feel at home. The hardest part will be choosing the right one. We will be happy to prepare a crib for children on request. Privacy will be provided by the three beautiful bathrooms where you will especially appreciate the underfloor heating making your stay in the whole property more pleasant.
Any home culinary enthusiast will be delighted by the fully equipped modern kitchen. The cosy living room invites for dining together, laziness, and entertainment. In cold weather, the crackling fire in the fireplace will add to the comfort, while in summer, you can use the spacious courtyard for barbecues or sitting with coffee.

Both summer and winter sport lovers will find something to enjoy. Any direction you cycle, you will be delighted. The Žďárské vrchy region is made for climbers. There is a golf course in the nearby Svratka and horse riding just down the hill for those looking for less adrenaline-filled activities. In winter, the region is a cross-country skiers' paradise, and you can also dust off the downhill skis in the Harusův kopec resort in the nearby Nové Město na Moravě.
Culture & gastronomy
In Blatiny and the surroundings, you can find inns, pubs, and restaurants. You can easily choose a destination for a hiking or cycling trip, but also a place for a romantic dinner. For culture, you can go to Nové Město na Moravě or explore the grounds of the castle in Žďár nad Sázavou and visit the UNESCO monument - the Pilgrimage Church of St. John of Nepomuk on Zelená hora.

The Žďárské vrchy region is a beloved tourist location. The nearby surroundings offer countless hiking destinations of varying difficulty. Drátenická skála and the picturesque Samotín are just around the corner. Devět skal, Pasecká skála or the ruins of the Štarkov castle urge you to take a day trip or a short drive. In sultry summers, you can cool off in the nearby ponds in Milovy or Tři Studně.

A binding reservation is made by paying a deposit equal to 50% of the price of the stay. The remaining amount is payable at the end of the stay.
The minimum duration of the stay for Christmas, New Year's Eve and summer holidays (July-August) is 7 nights.
Check-in after 16:00, check-out until 11:00.
